Aida is a licensed Virginia Realtor, designer, and experienced real estate investor whose work consistently pushes the boundaries of quality and design. Her hands-on approach ensures each renovation not only enhances the home’s aesthetic appeal but also adds long-term value to the surrounding community.

Aida serves as the project manager for every remodel, overseeing timelines, coordinating trades, and ensuring each project is completed on schedule and to the highest standards. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence guarantee that every Hazel Properties renovation meets — and exceeds — expectations.

Aida’s passion for real estate began at a young age, inspired by countless hours spent browsing interior design magazines and envisioning the possibilities within a home. That passion deepened when she purchased her first home and became captivated by the entire process — from selling her condominium and house hunting to the final transfer of deed.

After moving to the United States more than 30 years ago, Aida pursued the American Dream with determination and purpose. Born in Bosnia and having lived in Germany prior to settling in America, she brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for community. Over the years, she has built lasting connections with the people and neighborhoods she proudly serves.

Known for her energy, focus, and meticulous attention to detail, Aida is highly regarded for her professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills. Organized, reliable, and results-driven, she approaches every project and client relationship with care and dedication.

When she is not working with clients or managing renovation projects, Aida enjoys traveling, fitness, cooking, and interior decorating. Above all, her greatest joy and motivation are her two children, Senija and Avi.
