I’m amazed at the dedication and degree of effort that Aida puts in for her clients, truly! She is amazing! From photos, to staging the home, to her extra touches here and there that I know very few agents go out of their way to do. She holds open houses steadily until she gets the right buyer for her client or she shows her clients a multitude of homes she has chosen for them that meet their criteria. I visited a home that she has listed in Poquoson on the water and was in awe of the special seasonal items and decorating she did on the outside of the home for the entryway and porch to make it super inviting for those viewing the home…she decorated for the Fall and it was just amazing. It looked like a home from Better Homes and Gardens! I have to say that I would no doubt hand her cards out and recommend her to all of my family and friends because I know that she will go those extra steps for them. She isn’t necessarily about just making that sale for herself; she is all about her clients too.

Aida has been my Realtor since the summer of 2019. She has been a true partner in the search for my next home. Aida is hands down the best in the business all around, I have worked with her as an employed contractor, as a seller, and as a buyer and can attest to her skills on every level. Aida will work day and night to make sure the job is done effectively and efficiently. She advised us for 3 months before she was even under contract with us to sell our home in Hampton, Virginia. During this time she advised us on exactly what repairs we should make to achieve top market for the house. That same house went under contract within 2 hours of listing. The Buyer had odd hours that he was available, but Aida made it work – communicating back and forth with him between 12AM and 5AM. When it came to repairs, she was extremely helpful and communicated with the contractors herself on my behalf. Her communication skills, attentiveness, and response time is second to none. I could go on and on but I would 10/10 recommend Aida for anything needed. I am looking forward to working with her and her team for many more projects/business transactions.

Aida and her husband remodeled the home we purchased from them and did an amazing job on it. The home was beautiful, and they continued to stay in touch after the home was sold to ensure we had a seamless and comfortable move.
